Fuller ABC provides Advanced Biostructural Correction™ (ABC™) chiropractic services to patients of all ages. Our services include:

2.1 Core Services

• General Practice: Comprehensive chiropractic care for adults
• Pediatric Care: Gentle chiropractic care for infants, children, and adolescents
• Women's Health: Specialized care for pregnancy, postpartum, and women's health issues
• Pet Adjustment & Care: ABC™ treatments for animals

2.2 Appointment Types

• Initial Consultation: Comprehensive assessment, health history, and first treatment
• Follow-up Visits: Ongoing treatment sessions
• Re-evaluation: Periodic progress assessments

2.3 Service Availability

Services are provided by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the provider-patient relationship at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with treatment recommendations or inappropriate behavior.

3.1 Not a Substitute for Primary Care

Chiropractic care is a complementary healthcare service. It is not a replacement for primary care treatment, emergency care, or specialist consultations. We do not diagnose or treat diseases. If you have a health emergency, call emergency services immediately.

3.2 Treatment Outcomes

While Advanced Biostructural Correction™ has helped many patients, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Individual responses to treatment vary based on numerous factors including:

• Severity and duration of condition
• Patient compliance with treatment recommendations
• Individual health status and lifestyle factors
• Age and overall physical condition

3.3 Risks and Side Effects

As with any healthcare intervention, chiropractic care carries potential risks. Common side effects may include:

• Temporary soreness or discomfort
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Temporary increase in symptoms

Serious complications are rare. We will discuss potential risks during your initial consultation and obtain informed consent before treatment.

3.4 Contraindications

You must inform us if you have any of the following conditions, as they may contraindicate certain treatments:

• Fractures or bone disease
• Cancer or tumors
• Severe osteoporosis
• Blood clotting disorders
• Infection or inflammation
• Recent surgery
• Pregnancy (certain techniques may be modified)

As a patient, you agree to the following responsibilities:

4.1 Accurate Information

• Disclose all medications, supplements, and treatments
• Inform us of any changes in your health status
• Update contact and insurance information promptly

4.2 Communication

• Ask questions if you don't understand something
• Report any adverse reactions or concerns immediately

4.3 Treatment Compliance

• Follow treatment recommendations and home care instructions
• Attend scheduled appointments

• Complete recommended treatment plans

4.4 Respectful Behavior

• Treat staff and other patients with respect
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Follow facility rules and guidelines
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior

4.5 Financial Responsibilities

• Pay for services at the time of treatment
• Provide accurate insurance information
• Understand your insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs
• Notify us of payment difficulties in advance

5.1 Booking Appointments

Appointments are confirmed upon booking. You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details and a unique confirmation code.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

5.3 Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other patients. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

5.4 Missed Appointments

After 3 missed appointments (no-shows) within a 12-month period, we reserve the right to:

• Require prepayment for future appointments
• Limit booking privileges
• Terminate the provider-patient relationship

5.5 Emergency Closures

In cases of emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances requiring practice closure, we will:

• Contact you as soon as possible
• Offer to reschedule at no charge
• Provide priority rebooking

6.1 Service Fees

Current service fees are:

• Special Services: Fees vary; quoted in advance

6.2 Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (for multiple appointments or packages)

6.3 Payment Timing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For package plans or multiple appointments, payment terms will be clearly outlined in a written agreement.

6.4 Insurance

We may accept certain insurance plans. However, you are ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage. We recommend:

• Verifying your coverage before your appointment
• Understanding your deductible and co-payment obligations
• Bringing necessary insurance documentation

We will provide receipts and documentation to assist with insurance claims, but we cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement.

6.5 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for:

• Prepaid appointments cancelled with 24+ hours notice
• Services not rendered due to practice closure
• Package plans (prorated refunds may apply)

Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rijeka, Croatia.

12.4 Professional Complaints

For professional or ethical complaints related to chiropractic care, you may also contact the Croatian Chamber of Health Workers or relevant professional regulatory bodies.

13.1 By You

You may terminate the provider-patient relationship at any time by notifying us in writing. You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination.

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to terminate the provider-patient relationship and refuse service if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior
• You fail to comply with treatment recommendations
• You provide false information
• You have unpaid balances
• Continuing treatment would not be in your best interest

We will provide written notice of termination and, where appropriate, assistance in finding alternative care.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and website. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fuller ABC regarding our services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, or government action.

14.6 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
